This session is for athletes who have past experience in the foundations of CrossFit’s core movements and practices but need a refresher to jump into our Group Classes safely.
This is the quickest way to jump into our membership while still preserving the baseline quality standards required for effective training and efficient movements. We are looking for the general knowledge of all barbell movements, proficient modifications and mechanical consistency. There will be is a "test WOD" during this session.
